Thanks kcmoto, as for my workouts, I'm starting off with just a few simple exercises: bench press, shoulder press, tricep pulldowns, leg press, lat pulldowns, and bicep curls. I'm doing a lot a cardio, bought an elliptical, 60 minutes a day for 5 days a weeks. I'm trying a low carbohydrate diet, not sure if this is the safest plan, but I need to lose the weight. I also take a multi-vitamin. Any advice would be appreciated.
