Round 1 of the Turkey Match was had yesterday ...turkey lost big time (of course!). Got me a 'fake Turkey' for Thursday ... just the breast. All the other extremities had been ripped off!

Michaella (blue05mustang)and I are in the gym on average 6 days a week for usually 4 hours a day. Yes, 4 hours! Only off days are the days I get mandated for double shifts.
