Krossceeper So I'm 2 weeks in to my new routine and of course I have to come down with the flu. I swear god or the universe or something does not want me to go back to the gym. Sigh..... Mar 19, 2013 3:32am

Krossceeper My ankle is getting better and better but still feels unstable if I step onto something that im not expecting, like a rock or twig on the ground that I havent seen and then my ankle kinda rolls. Had my second workout this morning, I feel great although its shameful how little I can lift. How are things going with you? Mar 12, 2013 8:28pm

Krossceeper Im not completely healed but I cant wait any longer. Ive lost all my muscle and put on a whole heap of weight. By the time I got my arm/hand out of the cast I pretty much couldnt use it, I had to go to therapy just to learn how to use it again. Now its fine unless I put alot of pressure onto certain fingers or my wrist in certain ways. Mar 12, 2013 8:27pm

Krossceeper Hey man long time no talk. Im finally back at the gym (first time in about 8 months or so). After I had the heart problem I had to stop working out for 6 months and I found it so hard to get back into it. I did end up going consistently for around 4 months and then I got into a motorcycle accident. Broke my left arm, hand, most of my fingers, my right ankle. Anyway...fast forward 8 months and I just got back from my first session. Loving it. Mar 10, 2013 9:45pm

mwild Hey Sid, thanks for your reply. You have to take care of injuries, they can turn into something more serious later. It's wiser to stop for a little bit, to let them heal, so you could continue later in a better situation. I was sick also last month. I'm back at the gym. Hope can get closer to my goals.
