When I Started: Jan 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I have been on diets it seems all my life. I decided instead of looking for the quick weight loss to make a lifestyle change. So let the journey begin! I have a long way and TIME to do it in.

mwild Yes Sid, you're right. After a good leg workout I feel awesome. Thanks for your comment. I was feeling good yesterday, went from 135x12 to 175x6 on squats and 135x12 to 185x6 on dead lifts. Trying to go higher with weights to maximize gains. Regards... Apr 20, 2012 4:19am

Jusstn Can you tell when someone checks out your bodyspace? right now my goals are probably unrealistic a little bit. but i want to get down to 15% bf and be at around 210-220 from 28% bf and 250. and i want to get my bench from 210-1 rep max to 250-1 rep max in about 104 days. or july 4th Mar 21, 2012 11:08pm
