dbrowning123 sorry bro, haven't been feeling too good these past few days. I quit smoking cold turkey 5 days ago and has ever since messed with my motivation and I am currently sick ( I guess no smoking is beaten up my immune system). I am slowly getting my motivation back up again as the cravings have finally become bareable. in week 4 of Body by design now. Feb 14, 2012 2:13pm

dbrowning123 Ya, that's fantastic that your doing so well. I am still smoking currently, but I have slowed down considerably, from a pack a day to less than half a pack. I plan on actually quiting cold turkey within a month. And yes, Kris does know his stuff. Jan 25, 2012 8:26am

sammalik great man... all the best with it. Yeh just on my first week, some of the exercises are new to me, so still getting used to the motion and form. Same here; i have eggs in the day, also eat a lot of brown rice and veggies throughout the day... what supplement you on? Jan 19, 2012 5:09am
