Day after my first carb up day. Ended up having some drinks on the night of day 3 so day 4 turned into hangover food. Not the best start for sure. Doing 5.5 days until next carb up, will start Friday night through Saturday night. We'll see how things go, I'm hoping I don't get the headaches around Wednesday. That will make the end of the week tough but oh well, gotta get through it.

Just gonna use this to put down my thoughts on how I feel daily (or whenever I remember) and how things are going. Just starting day 2 so not much to report right now. Doing bulletproof coffee for breakfast and lunch than cramming down a couple steaks, couple eggs and some chia/almond milk pudding between 6-8 at night. Should be around 2000 calories a day with about 100 or so grams of protein, the rest fat. Only carbs are a couple grams of fiber from the chia. I think I should probably add in a... Go to BodyBlog
