Eat healthy 98% of the time. Work out most days. Putting together a fitness program that I will share with others. Testing it out on me so I get to be my very first Guinea Pig. I have always been physical but my ambitions for career and family took me out of balance. Now I am making a comeback with the goal of making changes that will last long term and make my life happier and healthier. Hope my family and friends will follow suit and I will be there to help them along the way.

they are extremely potent. You'd want to start off with half dosages. 1 pill in the morning then the 2nd in the afternoon. 30 minutes before you eat. I can send you some samples, I just need your address. PM it to me :) I'll mail it out today and it should arrive by the end of the week.
