Eat healthy 98% of the time. Work out most days.
Putting together a fitness program that I will share with others. Testing it out on me so I get to be my very first Guinea Pig. I have always been physical but my ambitions for career and family took me out of balance. Now I am making a comeback with the goal of making changes that will last long term and make my life happier and healthier. Hope my family and friends will follow suit and I will be there to help them along the way.
Let's face it, times are hard and its summer so usually that means a little more partying. Party Smart though and don't kill you diet plan and let your hard work go to waste.
