Thanks for the message, ehh can't see that much change in pictures but I measured yesterday and i lost inches so that's a plus, also my BF% has gone down!:) So I can't compain about that.. maybe next week i'll see some more results, or maybe i'll just post in 2 weeks :)

Thanks for the comment, i'm doing a fat loss plan no particular diet, just eating clean foods and keeping macro ratio at 40/40p/20 on my low carb days and then 55/30/15 on my high carb days which is 2 times a week (wed and sun)
It's embarrasing putting up pictures but i can't wait to see them change!:)
