When I Started: Feb, 2006
How I Started: I got started really lifting weights after I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a bilateral mascetomy and reconstruction.

I came across a site run by a very lovely lady who is the mother of 4 children and she looks amazing, Buffmother.com, and I thought why not lift heavier.

I had always lifted weights but more so the girlie weights, less than 10lbs.
Why I Love It: I love bodybuilding because I am a pear, and my big old booty went from 43 inches across the hips to 37.5 inches. I wear smaller size clothes than when I was in highschool.

Bodybuilding makes me feel like I am in control of my body and nothing not even cancer will bring me down again.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I want to be a great example for my son. I want to see him achieve his greatest potential and be here to see all the major moments in his life.
BB Accomplishments: My major bodybuilding accomplishments

so far that is:
Squating 210lbs

and benching 100lbs.

I took a break, no workouts or clean eating worries Saturday thru Monday. After the contest I did I needed a break to prevent burnout. So my last workout until today was Friday and it was plyos then, today I hit some weights.
