How I Started:
My next door neighbor introduced me to lifting weights back when I was a teenager. And then I started again when i joined the army. But I slacked off after I got out in 2005. Started drinking almost a 12 pack a day after work and Smoking. My belly was more noticed than anything. Very nasty I might say. Plus i was out of breathe everytime i bent over to tie my shoes and my posture is jacked. And to top it off my doctor says i am borderline diabetic. So yeah I think its time for me to get in shape.
Why I Love It:
I like bodybuilding because it makes you challenge yourself to improve. Both mentally and physically. Its a stress reliever
How I Stay Motivated:
I came across the BFL Challenge and thought I give it a try. Plus I want to see if i am still alive. By that i feel like the walking dead. No motivation whats so ever. So this has motivated me alot.
