I'm deployed right now, so i eat whatever the DFAC is serving.
The chow hall is only open for 3 meals a day, so it's hard to eat every 2-3 hours.
Typically for breakfast i'll do a 3 egg white omlet with veggies, maybe 1 sausage patty and 1 carb (hash brown, min breakfast burrito, etc)
Meal replacement shake with Casein
Lunch - really depends on what they are serving. I try to avoid friend food, load up on veggies (free filler, few calories and mostly water) and stick to about a fist sized portion of meet and grains.

Dinner - really depends on what they are serving. I try to avoid friend food, load up on veggies (free filler, few calories and mostly water) and stick to about a fist sized portion of meet and grains. Depending on when i am eating i'll cut the grain portion out.
Post workout i down a Syntha 6 shake, and before bed i'll usually hit another Casein shake.

ON Platinum Hydro Whey - Cookies and Creme - Solid ultra premium protein, expensive but tastes good and works!
ON Gold Standard Casein - Chocolate Peanut Butter - Meal replacement and helps keep me full
Muscle Pharm Assault - Raspberry Lemonade - solid pre-workout igniter. wont make you jittery, just pumped.
ON Fish Oil - helps with many different things
ON BCAA - Need em
