I have been working out for 4 years. I lost 60 pounds before starting to hit the gym. My heaviest weight was 219 IBS after having my second child. My first goal was to get into a size 8 for my 20 year high school reunion. I made it by one week. I was about 145 IBS. My next goal was to get into a size 4. That took another 3 months. I weighed 138 Ibs and was 20% body fat. My next goal was to drop under 18% body fat. I went beyond that goal and hit 13.5% size 2 in Sept 09. Now my final goal is to hit 129 IBS and continue to inspire as many Moms as possible.

Well its good to know some good folk do read my page =). I appreciate it. Honestly when it came to my diet it wasent anything TOO drastic...just very specific do's and dont's with certain foods. I started following a blood type diet according to my blood type. I have tons of info about it if your interested...i lost 13 pounds of mainly fat in 3 weeks without doing any cardio.

Yeah i feel you on that its all work no play for myself right now as well. What do you do for work?? Yeah my old lady and i are ok =) im really excited to make her stocking for xmas this year...its lame how excited i am haha
I'm too much of a wuss AND klutz for jump roping. I see you're up to 15 pullups. NICE! I hit a PR of 27 last week. Feel pretty good 'bout that, since I'm 1 mth away from turning 48. :-)
Hey thanks! That is really cool of you to take the time to check out my latest happenings. I see that your back is definitely thicker. Especially your trap muscle as it goes down the middle of your back. Very impressive work!
