How I Started:
I lost 60 lbs after having two kids and needed to firm up. Little did I know how much I would love to lift!
Why I Love It:
I love lifting weights. I usually do full curcuit so my heart rate stays up. I then do 40 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of stretching.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simple! I love how it makes me look and feel.
BB Accomplishments:
I can do 15 pull ups and my gym put up a before and after poster up of me.

Goal (Long):
I have been working out for 4 years. I lost 60 pounds before starting to hit the gym. My heaviest weight was 219 IBS after having my second child. My first goal was to get into a size 8 for my 20 year high school reunion. I made it by one week. I was about 145 IBS. My next goal was to get into a size 4. That took another 3 months. I weighed 138 Ibs and was 20% body fat. My next goal was to drop under 18% body fat. I went beyond that goal and hit 13.5% size 2 in Sept 09. Now my final goal is to hit 129 IBS and continue to inspire as many Moms as possible.

Till the end of January, the only carbs I will be eating are from ground flax and oats. I usually do two fruits before noon, cutting that until I can get to 12% BF. We actually got a babysitter for the night and my husband does not have to work (the first time in years!). So now we just have to find something to do! We may just have a nice dinner and ring in the new year together!
It went pretty good, so many people at the gym yesterday...lol A lot of new people that well only last a month and you will never see them anymore....lol
