I didnt want to be skinny anymore, and i wanted to get stronger, so i started going to the weight room after school with some of my friends. then this year (June 2008) i started working out consistently and i joined a gym with my friends

yeah well i'm not getting that many cals in. im shooting for like 3k - 3.5k but i'm also smaller.. and thanks bro but the link didn't work, do you get an error for it? that would be really convenient though if i can get that
oh nice you're going to hit up madcows? that was actually what i was considering doing next, do you have a link to the program? i havent looked into it much. and i know exactly what you mean, i was always eating a lot but just recently i started counting cals and i realized i wasnt getting close to enough. now im gaining weight, a little extra something something around my waste but ill take that for strength gains and size.
Thank you for the kind words, next Sunday I close my running calendar with a 10 km run in the province of Alajuela, broken terrain. After that is cut time, with heavy lifting and Bushido training with the people of the teen selection that will participate in the National Games, so hope to razor cut some of the BF.

Hey whats up KB? Im doing great still busy. Just made like 2000 pastries for a baby shower last weekend (pic is on Facebook) and 2 more weddings to go. That should be it for the year. Of course then the holiday cheesecake orders come in..lol. As far as training, I have not missed a day. I been tired on some days, but still got it going on in my solo mode. Actually, I think I made some gains. Check my bb pics. But overall going well.
Sounds good kiddo. I will for sure subscribe to it. Im trying to get a site blog on Facebook for just our circle of BB friends only to blog about workouts and how they feel, give some pointers and motivation. We will see how it goes.
Dont ever doubt what you can do. I think you broke you hand some months back and look at you now. Imagine if you had given up saying you will never train again. Everything is good over here. For 2 weeks im doing weighted calis. All calis with at least 25 lbs added. Today I added 75 lbs and did 5 chinups. Thats impressive. The kid is doing it too. So he will soon blow me away. We will see. You keep up the great work and the ambition. You will be back to the beast again. You got the genetics for it and the motivation. Soon to be beasty boy.
