I didnt want to be skinny anymore, and i wanted to get stronger, so i started going to the weight room after school with some of my friends. then this year (2008) i started working out consistently and i joined a gym with my friends

I like it cause there your friends and there going to be honest with you, and you push each other. for example (true story btw)we were maxing out in bench and i wanted to try 170 so my friend was like your def not gonna get this, and he was giving me a whole bunch a reasons, but he was serious so i said whatever. so i put the weight up did 1 rep , racked it and then said **** YOU! so that was some nice motivation. and he only did 170 too and hes been working out consistently for a longer time..this is pretty much my first year.I like it cause there your friends and there going to be honest with you, and you push each other. for example (true story btw)we were maxing out in bench and i wanted to try 170 so my friend was like...more

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
well you never wanna stay on a supliment forever, get on it for about 8 weeks or longer, then take around 3 weeeks off, drink water, flush out, ALWAYS take protein, then take stuff again, you dont wanna strain your organs too long haha
Well.. I recommend you trying this no matter what because I know you’ll like it. It’s the fact you gain mass and get stronger, everything is good; when you get off of it you SLOWLY lose strength and SLOWLY get a LITTLE smaller. But overall it will shock your muscles and keep you motivated. I’ve taken a lot of supplements in my days and cell-tech worked the best. Just do as it says on the directions (loading stage, etc.)
well i took it during football, got alot of size, alot of water weight from the creatine monohydrate, you'll get big, fast. im not on it now because once you get OFF, it sucks. (lose some water weight) and im not into body building like i use to be (cause not in any sports) so im just mainaining (protein)
hey man, i'm NOT currently on cell-tech and havent been for about a year, but when i WAS on it i didnt mind any of the flavors.But I see that you ARENT currently on cell-tech.I see u that your trying to gain weight too. i recommend cell-tech over ANY supplement in the world(If your trying to put on weight)Everytime i took it i gained 10lbs in about 2 weeks-but you'll be bigger, and weigh more.Make sure your taking protein or your mass wont maintain.Good luck and keep me posted on your progress

if you do go on cell mass id stack it with no xplode. my buddy went on just cell mass(like me) and didnt see jack for results. this was until he got on xplode and he gained 5 pounds in a week.
its cool man...whered ya go? and idk bout cell mass...i tried it and the shit of it is it just doesnt seem powerful enough...like it says mix one scoop with 5 oz of water. i upped the dosage but still only got a slight fullness in w.e muscle group i was recently training. if anything get the sample packs...dont spend 40 on the 1 pounder

yea i never tried white flood...to be honest nvr heard of it before. but i was on xplode a year back and after about a year of it non stop its effects tapered off so i had to cycle them. as far as cell mass...i tried the grape only and to be honest it didnt really do anything for me. taste wise idk how fruit punch is for cell...but the xplode is awesome in fruit punch. i highly recommend it. th and true mass stack
Tell me what you notice the difference is. Dont get me wrong, im not trying to take your joy away, I was a swimmer/diver too, you should swim but more as a cardio then a full time, or on the team be a sprinter and not a long distance swimmer. We can talk about it. Keep up the good work bro, nice job.
Swimming will tone you up because its a total body workout and cardio. Abs will form nice, but too much will take your muscle away, unless you train hard. Look at the swimmmers in the Olympics, they are smoothe/slighty ripped but not bulk. Then look at the divers, gymasts and sprinters (not long distance runners).
That awesome KB. You are doing fantastic with your training. 200 max is a great acheivment and it gets better as you stay consistent. I am very proud of you bro.

Swimming is goo but it can make you lean (tone), so you have to train harder to still look good and to bulk. Good hearing from you. Keep up the good work.
yea it was a little spendy but thanks to my moms contract being up i got it for around half he reatil price.cant complain...kick ass phone you got tho...my 2nd fave.
