I didnt want to be skinny anymore, and i wanted to get stronger, so i started going to the weight room after school with some of my friends. then this year (June 2008) i started working out consistently and i joined a gym with my friends

he has always been there, watching me progress and its really great having someone there for you. hes doing amazing progress, and it awesome watching him hit his goals. i know if i need anything i can ask him, he gives me motivation, and lets me know if im doing well. thanks eric
looks great, extremely helpful and gives out advice to others. hopefully i will become close to what he looks like in the relative future. if he keeps up the great work he will be an absolute monster (as if he isnt big already)

My arm are my easiest part. I dont work them heavy, but work them consistently and directly. They respond well. In turn they work my delts as a reward. I wish my chest did that..lol.
Well you know I always support you and try to keep you motivated. When I see progress in you and others, that motivates me and im always proud that I helped in a small way. So its a 2 way street. You totally rock.

Well I dont know about no time. Remember I still have to make sure it goes to the muscle and not to the gut. So im really going to be training harder and hope I dont drop dead...lol. 225 is alot of weight. KB, just remember the bigger or heavier you get, the more you have to carry. There are guys much lighter that look mad sick. I really think 190-200 should be your range. Cause you will carry that well. But its your decision.
Im good and will be alright. Im trying to bulk up now. Looking to get to 175. Im jealous of my kid brother KB, so im gonna try to catch him..lol. It can either work with me or against me, but I will try. Been eating alot lately. Im 160 now. Let see what I can do in a month. I cant wait to see the pics, cause I know what to expect already. Yes, im still making all the adjustments of training solo. Not easy to get over, but im still kicking it. Im on a 4 week weighted calis/weight combo routine. Im trying to increase me stamina and strength while still trying to grow. Dang KB, 195. You aint my lil bro no more, now big bro..lol. Thats great. Your back in this shot is mad sick. Great V-taper. Good size. Do freak out so much over the core stuff. You got time.
yeah well i'm not getting that many cals in. im shooting for like 3k - 3.5k but i'm also smaller.. and thanks bro but the link didn't work, do you get an error for it? that would be really convenient though if i can get that
oh nice you're going to hit up madcows? that was actually what i was considering doing next, do you have a link to the program? i havent looked into it much. and i know exactly what you mean, i was always eating a lot but just recently i started counting cals and i realized i wasnt getting close to enough. now im gaining weight, a little extra something something around my waste but ill take that for strength gains and size.
Thank you for the kind words, next Sunday I close my running calendar with a 10 km run in the province of Alajuela, broken terrain. After that is cut time, with heavy lifting and Bushido training with the people of the teen selection that will participate in the National Games, so hope to razor cut some of the BF.
