How I Started:
By doing martial arts (Kung-fu), and the desire to increase muscle mass while losing bf% at the same time.
Why I Love It:
The way my body feels after a good workout is something that can't be compared too and the amount of energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
By the mirror and seeing other people's results from different workout plans. I'm hoping to get some good advice on this site to help me achieve my goals.
