My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I'm currently on a 6 day split and LOVE it... What can I say... I just love to lift! :)
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Quads/Plyos
Day 3 - Shoulders/Abs
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - Glutes/Hamstrings
Day 6 - Arms/Obliques
Day 7 - Rest
I do 3 sets of 5-6 exercises for each body part and keep my reps between 12-18. My warm up is a 1.5-2 mile run on the treadmill at 8.0 mph and then I hit the weights! :)

I eat a completely clean diet... No processed or packaged foods, no white flour/rice/pasta/bread/potatoes, and minimal sugar.
A clean diet is what keeps the 6-pack going all year long!

"Its not who you are that holds you back, its who you think you're not."
My motivation when I originally began my transfomation came from within. I was addicted to the feeling that working out and eating clean gave me... I still am today! I felt happier, more energetic, and my body looked better. This feeling or "high" of sorts is what kept me going. I also discovered I loved the challenge that lifting gave me. I've always been a competeitve person, and being in the gym I can always compete with myself. One more rep than I did last time, 10 more pounds this time. I love kickin my own ass! :)
On days that I just can't seem to get it together... I make a cup of coffee, crank up some Ke$ha, put my sports bra on, and push my ass out the door. (Don't hate on the Ke$ha part. It works. And you know you're gonna try it tomorrow.) I know that I'll feel better when I'm done so I just suck it up and do it.
