Why I Love It:
Stay lean, stay in shape for Golf, be able to handle stress better. I also love the pump and adrenaline rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
The numerous bad beats I get from the judges. I want to try and remove all doubt who wins when I step on stage. That may take a while... Quite a while...

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Bad form trying to show off in the gym. I was more interested in how much weight I could move instead of getting the most out of my workouts. 6-15. Huge variety. Just 1 short of failure if I can get there.
