What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Bad form trying to show off in the gym. I was more interested in how much weight I could move instead of getting the most out of my workouts. Now I don't even care how much is on the bar or in my ha...more

What a day!  Started off with another 18 holes of golf.  Riding and walking mixed.  Then got home, changed into my cycling gear, and hit the road to the gym.  Rode to the gym and back plus an extra 5 miles (total of 21).  Did some shoulder work and traps as well as abs.  I tweaked my...
