great :) progress is already being made then because trying is all you can do. u kno i try to lift too much sometimes and it does not always end perfect(so i use a spotter). anyways, have a fun and hard workout today :)

that is def something to look forward to, cool man! are those things much different than the ones we wore in high school for rasslin? it would have been cool to have ur own custom singlet in hs. i would have had hulk hogan singlet or something lol. whats ur weight division gonna be?

dang man, be very careful with the supplements. they can be great but i think it is important to get extensive research on them. I am doing ok, i dropped down below 180 recently which is nuts! i have not been so small in a loong time. i am still strong but not like i was. my cardio is great and i feel and think i am healthier than ever but i will probably go about slowly putting on 10 pounds within 12 months. u back in school, dude?

that is great, man! i am kinda sorta cutting, i am doing my best to conserve power! have fun with school, man, it is great for all of us young people. i am not sure if if it is safe to say that school>lifting...but it might just be

good stuff man. keep pushing, u will be pushing 100 pounds over ur weight soon. check this guy out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2NXTh-2YXg he weighs about the same as me but benches over 200 pounds more!

thanks. they have gone down a bit with my weight loss but i am gonna get them back and higher and do it while not putting on too much weight. i have always done pyramids and max overload and it has always worked. had my bench press at 335 at one point but had terrible conditioning cuz i was 215lbs. what kinda routine are u using?

good, had a nice workout on saturday but then worked all day after and all day sunday so it feels as though i made no progress cuz i was not prepared with the nutrients i needed
