Started out cuz i wrestled in high school and I wanted to become bigger, faster, and stronger. After high school i began martial arts and i was, again, looking to improve my attributes.
Why I Love It:
The gym is a sanctuary. When I am at the gym, nothing else matters. I can lose myself for a few hours and forget about everything that goes on outside of the gym. I also love lifting, light or heavy, it always feels good...even when it hurts lol. Learning how to target different muscles is pretty cool too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Training in the gym is essential in order to reach my dream. I had a vision a while ago that i needed to make a name for myself in the sports world so that I could be heard. The world is going in so many different directions and so many people have just lost a sense of things. I think its a shame that so many pro athletes are in an ideal position to be heard but they are just too into themselves. I think the desire to make a name for myself is my biggest motivator and then keeping fit, healthy, and escaping from daily chores also motivates me.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they have been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact; It is an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration; It is a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
"Believe in yourself. Believe in your own potential for greatness. Believe that you can change the world. It is something that is within each of us. Believe in the Power of One"
"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength."
Don't talk about, be about it
BB Accomplishments:
I love bodybuilding but I have no plans of competing. There just seems like too much BS in competitive bodybuilding for me to care about it. I am pretty hardcore with my workouts but I am essentially training for martial arts. The martial arts techniques come very slowly to me and i need to work out so that i can be in better shape than everyone else. I train primarily in Brazilian Jujitsu and for the time being I only compete in sport jujitsu.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I don't think anybody has had it right yet. Arnold was close but to be more ideal i think he needed thicker legs. Franco was close too but did not have the long muscles that comes with height.
Well I've been taking this N.O.XPLODE off and on since last week. The 1st let day I took it my ears started ringing and the music got lower. I also felt like I was jumping while I was standing flat footed-wierd huh. It seems to make my vascularity better and my forearms look way bigger. I'm developing veins even in my obliques. I'm just a hopin that my maxes go up. I was just taking 2 scoops but today I'm trying 3scoops for chest day
yeah, getting the nutrients you need is huge...today I started back on my strict diet and although I worked like crazy today I still felt good. I finally overcame my bench plateau by getting 225lbs!!
ah, sorry man. I'm sure you'll feel like being back at it before long. My last two workouts are giving me hope that I'm on my way to getting over my plateau in bench and on my way to increasing my deadlift.
I am hoping to get a job for this summer and maybe continue it into my fall semester. Tomorrow I'm going to a job fair. There is also a new restaurant going to open this summer in my small town and they are looking for locals so my chances are looking good for that place i'd say(let's hope lol). Good luck on getting certified-but u r going to make the big bucks with your sport...right? ;)
hmm, good money in kinesiology huh? please tell me where! lol. oh yes, I do believe law school should pay back that philosophy degree. law.... you must like to argue with people then? :P lol
