How I Started:
I played tennis in high school and we had to condition and strength train, which got me into exercising.
Why I Love It:
I love how when I'm done with a workout, I feel so much better about myself that I actually did something besides eat and be lazy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm still working on that =).. I am trying to find a way to keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I was obese as a child/teen so I took up a sport (other than dancing) which was tennis and cheerleading. When I started playing tennis and we started conditioning and strength training. I began to lose pounds. My dad and I started running every night, and I lost more weight. I started to watch what I ate and soon, I realized that I had lost a total of 65 pounds.

My goal is to get a competition body.

All of my life I was considered the "chunkier one" and want to have a body that people can say, "I want to look like that!" I have always tried dieting and was successful to a point when I started college. I gained freshman 15 plus 5, and I am not comfortable. I want to be lean, with a 6-pack, and I want to be a person that motivates others. I want to be able to know how to eat right and keep eating right with no excuses. I have always given up and thought that I would be destined to be fat. I want to change my life, and I know that with a little help and dedication, I CAN DO IT within the next 2 years when I graduate from college!!
