How I Started:
My boyfriend got me interested in training to do a figure competition. He explained to me what it was all about and what I'd have to do to reach that level, and I really liked the idea.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I like seeing how my body is changing!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other peoples progress, magazines etc. Knowing theres always room for improvement helps.

Oh, and I watch Pumping Iron everyday before I work out.

Alright, so here's the ugly. 12 weeks out. I have a lot of lower body fat to get rid of. Nothing a little cardio and clean eating can't take care of  these pictures were taken after a trial with water pills. 3 weeks out

well i just woofed down my fifth and final meal (chicken, broc and green beans mixed together...with salt free seasoning..Ofcourse!) DELISH..HELLOO!! :D

time for an update. speaking of time..its absolutely FLYING! and its great, i cannot wait until July 18th. diet is good, i'm looking on...

i just ordered some CE creatine..i wanna build some lean muscles..i have such a hard time building muscle..i need something to help. It says this creatine doesn't bloat. We shall see lol i want ur tone LOL any advice on gaining lean muscle while still getting lean?

problem is, i don't know if i'm ready yet. my life is very chaotic lately and my diet and training are as well. however, perhaps the structure of the competition would really force the rest of my life into balance?

well it is def working for u LOL!! Yes diet is the most important forsure. I eat very clean..just protien and veggies than usually every saturday night i have a cheat meal and have whatever i want. It makes me stay clean during the week than look forward to whatever i crave and than thats it. If i were doing a show i wouldn't do that lol

do u take creatine or anything to build muscle? I wanna try a suppliment to build muscle but still be lean. Do u suggest anything? i like how lean u r but still with amazing tone..thats the look i want
