Branch Chain Amino Acids-- I am taking the pills now and I wouldn't recommend them -- I have to take a lot! I would recommend a powder--  6 pills

WATER WATER WATER- 

Cellucor- C4 - Extreme (orange)-- 1 scoop 6 oz water 
This has creatine in it- which actually doesn't have weight gaining effects for women :) so it is better for us
0 calories 0 carbs... It has vitamins, minerals, caffein - 20 min before I workout

I work out!! WATER WATER WATER

BCAA- 6 more pills after workout

Eat breakfast- take Multi vitamin, and fishoil 1 1500mg pill

kaykayole I met some inspiring women this week- It's incredible how much your body can change in 3 mon. Really impressed at femaile body builders!
