Branch Chain Amino Acids-- I am taking the pills now and I wouldn't recommend them -- I have to take a lot! I would recommend a powder-- 6 pills

Cellucor- C4 - Extreme (orange)-- 1 scoop 6 oz water
This has creatine in it- which actually doesn't have weight gaining effects for women :) so it is better for us
0 calories 0 carbs... It has vitamins, minerals, caffein - 20 min before I workout

Eat breakfast- take Multi vitamin, and fishoil 1 1500mg pill
