I want to lose 25kg and get lean and cut in the following 6 months.I want to live and eat healthy for the rest of my life.
Goal (Long):
The reason i started was because of health rather than cosmetic. Worried about getting diabetes, hypertension and cancer at such a young age, i started to try and lose weight. Well it would be even better to get a 6 pack with the weight loss. My long term goal would be to overhaul my old lifestyle, and live a new healthy lifestyle.

Realizing i had potential problem of hypertension. I just started a week of eating clean and exercising for 6 days with a days rest in between. My target was to lose weight at 1kg (2.204 pounds) per week, and so far the progress has been as expected. I managed to lose 1.1kgs (2.425 pounds)...


Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 2 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate
