Background

When I Started: Feb 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I just felt like my life revolved around work and i was becoming lazy so i joined the gym

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love the way my body looks and feel, its quite empowering knowing you can transfrom and mold yourself in to the perfect you with a little hard work.

Diet Suggestions pls

hey guys i need a good solid diet to keep me on track any suggestions or ideas??



i want to get lean, and i don't mind putting on a few more pound in muscle but definitely don't want to get any slimmer  please help !!!

abudabi48 That's a good workout when that happens. Usually if my body parts are sore 2 days after a workout. I do a very light workout to loosen those muscles back up. The next day the soreness and stiffness are gone. Hope that helps. Mar 19, 2012 7:45pm
