Mon- Lower Body (hypertrophy & strength)
Tues- Upper body + abs (Hypertrophy)
Wednesday- Football training (usually 2-3 hours long)
Thursday- Rest
Friday- Upper body (strength)
Saturday- Football match
Sunday- Rest
Mainly compoound exercises are used with one or two isolation exercises such as reverse flys and hammer curls.
Doing this untill december then once I've got to my target bodyfat (6-8% bodyfat) then I want to bulk up.

Week 5 Past 3 weeks have been very frustrating as I havn't been able to work out to the level I wanted to due to an operation I had. However on the plus I did loose bodyfat dropping my carbs to a very low level. Generally I wasn't too comfortabe to continue with the low carb plan and as a result have now upped my carbs to a more effeciant level for myself to leave it all at the gym. So this week I wasn't really going to expect any results as I had an operation at the start of the week and as a result I havn' been able to do anything but to lay in bed and become a pro at Fifa 13! I did test myself and was very happy/suprised with my progress: I now have 17.8% bodyfat My waist has gone up but that is due to the swelling from my operation. I havn't had the chance to weigh my myself. The only active thing I did in the week was some household chores and some walking.... Go to BodyBlog

Week one: Results as follows: Waist 35.5inches Bodyfat 20% Motivation- saw old photos and I miss the old me plus my girlfriend currently has better abs and I can't except that!
