How I Started:
I started lifting weights in high school. It was a required class for cheerleaders and all other sports.
Why I Love It:
Because it keeps me looking great and feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to make friends with the regulars. Then I feel like I have to answer to them when I skip a day.

I can finally do unassisted pull-ups and dips!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
light knit top with black yoga pants or bike shorts.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I just laugh, out loud. It's funny when more than one person is doing it in the same room.
