When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I was always a chubby girl growing up and had a low self esteem from it. I got commented on my weight by a guy in high school. After that I got motivated to start working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush and the feel good factor afterwards. I love the resuts of my body and how great I feel about myself. I notice that I get more positive reactions from people because my confidence has excelled quite a bit in the last year.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remind myself that it's worth it. I make sure that I park my vehicle by the gym doors at school and that I take my work out gear with me everyday. Since I have to walk through the gym to get to my car after I'm finished classes, I figure that I might as well work out since I'm already there.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost about 5% body fat within the last year and I went from a size 7-9 to about a size 3. I lost 25 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle.

kattie1changed Weight from 139 lbs. to 138 lbs., a 1 lb. loss in 36 days
This was taken the first day that I decided to change my life and live happier and healthier. I was 155 pounds and I'm not sure what my body fat percentage was.
I want to get down to 11% body fat. I want my hips and thighs to be extremely tight and for my butt to be lifted. I also want my abs to be real smooth and the stick out more.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I really like eating yogen fruz whenever I go to the movie theatre. I get the sugar free, fat free frozen yogurt with blackberries and cherries. It's super good and only 190 calories..

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I really like spicy food so I put a lot of hot sauce and pepper all over everything.
I have cut back my calorie intake to 1500-1800 a day. I was consuming over 2000, which is sort of a no no for my height and body frame. I discovered that that was probably one of the main reasons that I was having trouble losing more body fat. Also my caarbohydrates intake was really high...
i havent been doing cardio much, im trying to bulk up. i lift 6 days a week. one mucle group each day. legs 2 days a week. it seems to be the best thing for me so far
My uncle is the dean of University. I understand lighting plays a huge role in capturing details in our muscles. Its frustrating to get the right snap.
Ah thats good your trying to adjust the routine. I'm alright, I finally got some gym time yesterday, been so busy lately, I dont get to go very often anymore, but that should change soon.
