First Photo Week 2.5
This Is me starting out at 156 lbs., with low self esteem and low energy.
Week 2.5...Look the same as last week...maybe my posture is a bit better from working out. I didn't stick to the diet like I should have. I was so hungry from working out. This week I am following Ava Cowan's diet. She is awesome.

Goal (Long):
I've wanted to do this since I was 18 and idolized Rachel McLish (the very first Ms. Olympia). Unfortunately, I always put other things first. I'm now 43 and realize that I better start before it's too late. I don't want to look back with regret at what I could have done. I'm committing now to do this for myself.

I've been working out hard with weights, cardio and eating clean for over 2 weeks.  I had a couple slip ups with the eating part of it.  I love sun chips and bought some for my son then ended up eating most of the bag myself.  I didn't feel like I was getting any results.  The scale only...

Thanks for the compliments. I'm sure you'll do fine, just stay consistent. The easiest thing is to stick to it when things are going good. The hardest thing is to stick to it when things are hard, keep an eye on those times because they are the defining ones :)
