For a few weeks ive been following the Zone Diet. Im constantly swtiching it up, but so far the Zone Diet has shown results.
The Zone diet goes by blocks and im a 2 block meal person. There are many delicious recipes that ive learned and have really enjoyed it so far. Im seeing results that i want to see.

Personally, I love supplements. I think they are important.
I wont list everything that I use, but to name a few would be: Whey/Casein blend protein by Dymatize. CLA. Fish Oil. Multivitamin. BCAA's.
Reason: This women has been such an inspiration to me since the day I found her on youtube. She is definitely my idol. Shes tough, but shows that muscle on a female is truly beautiful.Her bubbly personality makes her that much better. She makes me want to push harder and never give up on my goals.
