Boring you with my nutrition plan wouldn't be fair, so in this section I give you some insight to how I keep my clean diet intersting
Pumpkin Vanilla Protein Shake (oh ya like pumpkin pie in a cup)
1/2 C Almond Milk
1 handfull of ice
1 scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla)
1/4 C canned pumpkin
1 T cinnamon
a splash of vanilla
*Blend in blender...awesome for a fall post workout protein shake
Pumpkin Vanilla Protein Pancakes
1/2 C Pumpkin (from the can)
1/2 cups Rolled Oats (grind in coffee grinder)
1 scoop Vanilla Gurmet Whey Protein
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray and cook as you would any pancake. I make them each about the size of my palm and eat 3-5 depending on the day. Top with your favortie sugar free syrup of all natural honey. YUMMY!!!!
Good Night Protein Shake
1 scoop Dymatize Elite Gourmet Whey & Casein Blend Swiss Chocolate or Vanilla
1/2 C of skim milk
ice cubes
1 TBS Justin Butter CLASSIC PEANUT BUTTER
1 TBS all natural honey
1/2 banana
Blend all ingredients together in the blender. Serve in your favortive ice cold glass and enjoy as your night time protein inake. This can also serve as a meal replacement if you are on the run.
Chicken and Veggie Salad (perfect for depletion week)
grilled-chicken breast
green beans
red onions
garlic
green bell pepper
carrots
cucumber
olive oil
red wine vinigar
pepper
crushed red pepper flakes
Chop all ingredients, mix together in large container and refrigerate. I take 2 C for lunch and eat it cold or heated up. I make enough to last me the full week..... YUMMY
GREEN Breakfast Shake
4oz spinach
1/2 C almond milk
3/4 C egg whites (about 3 eggs)
1 scoop DYMATIZE berry protein
1 TBS flax seed
