Overall Goal: To lose another 30 pounds of fat and to continue toning. *Update* Here we go again! Now the new goal is to lose another 40 pounds to put my weight between 150-160!

How I Started:
Finally made the decision to start working out and get in better shape, and this time I stuck to it.
08/13/09 *** Starting off with Clean Eating first and more moderate work out through out the week. ie: Roller Blading, Walks, Swimming etc...
Why I Love It:
I used to love it, and i lost my love for it. I much rather dieting and light exercise.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend and step daughter do an amazing job.
The current bets, promises of wardrobes and The target outfit doesn't hurt either
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to maintain a clean eating lifestyle while living with 2 people who don't. (He loves his big hearty meals and she's 3, can't really blame them!)
*Being able to do push ups!!! Real ones!
Me at my largest..Weighing in at 228 pounds. Looking at this picture again is the best motivation ever to keep going and continue to lose weight. Just so happens that the girl right beside me has also done an amazing transformation

Goal (Long):
I always wished I was thin and in shape, and now for the first time in my life I want it bad enough to actually do something about it. *Update* Well to do something about it AGAIN, that is. I almost made it to my goal, then it's the classic story. Started a new relationship, quit smoking, went through some life issues and poof, almost half of the total weight i had originally lost mysterially re-appeared... quickly too! (HMPH) Now as it turns out though, I have new, in my opinion better, motivation to pick up where i left off and go further. A Step Daughter, an amazing boyfriend and a better life. They helped me quit smoking (Been quit for almost 7 months now!)and their doing their best to help me with this. Even if it means sometimes sampling my "weird food". I'd like to end up between 150-160 pounds and a size 6. Being 6 feet tall, lucky me, I'm pretty sure that I can do it! So, here we go!
For the first time ever I will actually be keeping a New Years Eve resolution because I'm already half way there and have no intentions of stopping. So thats pretty interesting and different for me! I got the chance to go out New Years Eve with some friends and got some good attention so...
