When I Started:
How I Started: I've always been active, and I was the only girl in weight-lifting class in high school. I remember even as a little girl admiring muscle on people.
Why I Love It: I can get hyper at times and need to blow off some steam. Working out helps me be a better person in all other areas of my life.
How I Stay Motivated: Competing definately helps me stay motivated. Also, now that I know how eating right makes me feel better, that motivates me to eat right.
