EBSfitnow2012 Hey! That's a great idea, I think it's good to be doing both at the same time! I really was tempted when I looked at the challenge, but I decided to wait. I'm going to continue to bulk/maintain type of a workout till April. Then I am going to cardio and cut for another 12 week program. I never cut like that before successfully all the way, so then I can see where I am at with my physique. Then maybe evaluate to see where to go from there. Jan 7, 2013 8:28am
