The energy rush, the sensation of muscles being worked, being breathless, pushing myself, feeling strong and more confident.

Getting oxygen magazine in the mail every month. Seeing beautiful girls who take care of their bodies.

I took this pic before starting my training program. I don't think my body looked horrible, but I wanted better strength and fitness. I wanted to push my body a bit and make it the best it can be.
