When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
My husband and I have always "worked out".. but in March he hired a trainer... so I decided is was my time to jump in and get serious. I realize that I need this for me - - I have devoted my time to others (kids) - or pleasing people (parents)- of which you can tell by my pictures...
so now I will do something for me.
Why I Love It:
Week 6 down - look at the results... but still not in love with getting up at 4:00 am and working out!!!
but do love the look in my husband's eyes!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that my husband (pops47) is behind my accomplishments 100%....
BB Accomplishments:
Week 6 - and I have ABS and biceps- -thanks stevep78 www.fitnesspoynters.com
sorry for such a late reply, I haven't logged on here in awhile. I know what you mean about summer, I let loose a bit too but what I do to keep fairly lean is eat under maintenance & really low carb (green veggies only) during the week which then gives me a bit more freedom on weekends. It seems to have worked since I haven't gained much body fat over the summer.
hey, I really hate to hear that, wow, horrible about the young guy. You know I got your back with whatever help you may need, I have a new workout set up or if you wish to run the giant sets for about 8 weeks, you can do that also.
but in this pic, wow, you look great..
Steve
