My mom took me with her for a run when i was 10......and i became an athlete....(track,cross country,triathlon,duathlon).
Why I Love It:
There is always something new to learn and it gives me the power(with proper nutrition of course) to sculp my body the way i want:)
How I Stay Motivated:
When i see my body in the mirror,the progress that i made_it makes me push myself further and further!)And of course my fiance, my family,my trainer....And all of your nice words and comments-THANK YOU,THANK YOU to all my friends:)

I was in the middle of my lifting workout when in walks this babe. It takes me a second to catch my breath and realize that it's my 2 year old climbing into bed with me. Time to wake up and live the dream! I left the in walks the smoking hot babe part to you!

not to sure about knowing when enough is enough, i can never get enough of a lot of things, the gym, money, vacations, and my fav, sex. sorry, winning and walking tall is one thing, winning and bragging about it is what is ugly. knowing when to walk away is truely a mark of a winner, i will give you that. your avi is outstanding. jeff
