I switched gyms when I moved to san diego and recieved a free fit assessment. From there I really enjoyed working with my trainer and just kept it going and I have learned so much from him!!
Why I Love It:
I love everything about working out.
I love the adrenaline rush you get when you lift heavier or run further.
I love the feeling of accomplishment afterwards.
I love how energized and healthy I feel.
I love the way everything on my body is getting more toned and slowly improving.
I love all that I learned!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, staying motivated is always tough when we live in a world that is just yearning for everyone to be obese!! There's delicious yet regretful food on every corner and times when you just dont want to get out of bed. But I realize that I am better than all of that. I know that something I do today will alter my day tomorrow and that what I put on the inside affects how I look on the outside. Plus I keep pictures of fitness models like Jamie
Eason and Lindsay Messina all around my room. I also love my days when the new Oxygen Magazine comes out :) That magazine makes me want to work out all day long!!

This was me in the summer of 2008.
136 Pounds with no muscle definition and 26% body fat!
This is just 5 months after that summer photo was taken.
133 pounds, 105 pounds lean mass, and 21% body fat.
(I can still lose some of that body fat percentage haha)

Goal (Long):
I want to get rid of my stubborn love handles that I have had the hardest time conquering. I also want to increase the shape of my arms and build up my legs! I've always had long and gorgeous legs but they are very skinny and I find them hard to get them to look visually strong! I would love to compete at some time in the near future but right now I am young and just working towards the ideal body!

My 30 minute runs are gettting better...I started on day 2 at 3.3 miles, day 3 at 3.5 miles and day 5 at 3.7 miles and I walked it on an incline until 4.10! I'm getting there...Improvements come :)
You look amazing! I see you are in SD! I am from there. Where are you a coach? I went to Torrey Pines and I coached track at San Dieguito HS, and Patrick Henry.
