aspiring for more junk in the trunk! I have been lifting to my heavist capacity at reps ranging from 8 to 10. I have been seeing progress with relying on exercises such as deadlifts, split squats, etc. I am trying to vary my glute exercises and am slowly increasing my weight so that i can keep changing it up along with seeing my body continue to change and get better.
