Reason: switched from a no-name grocery store brand to this one. i never really saw any results with the previous yohimbe product i was taking but hopefully i will notice a difference in body fat along with clean eating and my workout program.

Reason: I heard a bunch of raves about this product, so I will let you know what I think once complete...i have taken it twice so far and i have noticed almost a jittery feeling and I have also noticed that muscles have felt really numb after lifting weights which i have never felt before.

Reason: i started taking CLA at the beginning of September. Had to refill so I got some of these from the local nutrition store. Have heard that CLA promotes fat burning, have not seen any significance as of yet, but will continue to take with the other supplements that i am taking at the moment.
