How I Started:
I started slowly working out at the end of 2006 for a friends wedding and it has slowly progressed since then. I was a STRICT CARDIO fanatic up until I ordered the P90X program. I was always in the mind set of lifting weights = bulkiness. Now, I cannot get enough of it. Im still growing and learning and trying to obtain my goal of building muscle and losing body fat, and reaching my goal of getting my body at it's very best!
Why I Love It:
I love the energy and feeling that I get after doing a workout, especially after weight training. I look forward to my workouts every week and constantly challenging myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through looking at others who have accomplished so much with their bodies and it pushes me to succeed and try even harder with my own self.

Im looking to lower my body fat and gain muscle mass. Isnt that what everyone wants???? :)
Goal (Long):
My two biggest goals are to get more definition in my stomach and to gain as much muscle mass in my glutes as possible!! I just recently went into this full force and have been learning and trying my hardest to be disciplined enough to eat clean 100% of the time and to also workout at my fullest.
