yeah, I go to failure on pretty much every set and I usually enjoy going to the gym but there are times when its not as enjoyable and something I just got to do....like leg day. how many sets do u do per body part?

i'm also on a four day split mon-off, tuesday-arms/abs, wed-off, thur-back/shoulders, fri-off, sat-chest/abs, sun-legs. I was eating 5200 calories 4 days a week and 3100 3 days a week. but i got mentally tired of eating so much and backed it down a little to 3 days of 3300 cal and 4 days of 4200 cal.

As you can see on my profile my weight is going down and I have been working some muscle groups hard too. I think I'll have a new set of pictures soon to show my progress. Now that you feel better just go back to it and hit hard. It's a competition :-) so don't slack because I wont.

Well it's just complicated... As I was telling some of my friends, when we start the transformation process we think of big biceps and 8-pacs but as we get into it we find about nutrition, different muscle groups and the worst of all which is RESTING PERIOD FOR GROWTH. lol I had the most problem with that one because I wanted to get all done in little time but then I learned the hard way that it was going to be a long process and that I'd have to be patient.
