I've never been overweight, if anything I'm underweight. I've worked with trainers in the past but found it cost prohibitive although I did see results in just a couple of weeks. I've basically been too lazy to get anything done but after just the last 2 weeks I'm concentrating and working out at least some every day.
I'd like to bulk up and have a better looking chest and torso. Build up my biceps and get my abs looking good.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'll have to say Arnold. Back in the day. He is quite a bit bigger than I plan on getting but his proportions are great.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Nothing major, just some serious soreness from overdoing it too soon in my program. Trying to push a bit too hard when I should have worked up to higher levels more moderately instead of all at once.

I generally get home from work around 5:00 p.m. and change into my workout clothes. I start with 10 reps of Bench flyes followed by 10 curls and as many crunches as I can manage. (Which isn't too many at this point) Then 10 seated military press, back to the flyes and start the routine over...
