After 2 months away from the gym, I'm back at it.

When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
It's been 18 months and the last 2 I've been slacking big time. I'm back at the gym and feeling better.
Why I Love It:
My outlook and mental state are better, I can see results already, I feel more fit and I look better and better every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
After a good workout, I'm pumped up and looking good. I'm also inspired by the guys at the gym that are lifting 25% more than I am. I know I'll get to that level myself some day.
BB Accomplishments:
Put on 7 lbs so far, need to put on 10 more. And although not a "Major Accomplishment" I'm starting to see some definition and added muscle.

I've never been overweight, if anything I'm underweight. I've worked with trainers in the past but found it cost prohibitive although I did see results in just a couple of weeks. I've basically been too lazy to get anything done but after just the last 2 weeks I'm concentrating and working out at least some every day.
I'd like to bulk up and have a better looking chest and torso. Build up my biceps and get my abs looking good.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'll have to say Arnold. Back in the day. He is quite a bit bigger than I plan on getting but his proportions are great.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Nothing major, just some serious soreness from overdoing it too soon in my program. Trying to push a bit too hard when I should have worked up to higher levels more moderately instead of all at once.
I just got back from a 2 week vacation. (Not working out while gone) Hopefully I ate enough to gain some weight in the right places and not just my gut. Monday I start back on my routine. I'm trying to be better about logging my stats now too.
I generally get home from work around 5:00 p.m. and change into my workout clothes. I start with 10 reps of Bench flyes followed by 10 curls and as many crunches as I can manage. (Which isn't too many at this point) Then 10 seated military press, back to the flyes and start the routine over...
Kash, Thanks for taking the time to rate my photo. You're looking good yourself. I have a bodygroup for guys our age if you'd like to join...It would be great to have you.
Thank you so much for your positive pic rating if I may say so you look extremely young and with a young looking physique...that's what I still dare strive for
Hi friend. I was just wondering if you were intending to post some new pics in the near future. I have uploaded a few recently and so would be interested to know if you were likely to post some news pics as well.
