How I Started:
I have worked out on and off for the past couple of years. In high school I played several sports and started to learn about weightlifting. My freshman/sophomore year of college was when I was in the best shape. I got a bf and that flew out the window. We're still together but I'm tired of the way I look.. so I'm changing that.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results. It makes me stronger physically, emotionally and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am studying to be a Dietician/Nutritionist so I know how to eat and what I should be eating. That keeps me safe in that area. When I work out I have so much energy and I feel wonderful.

Goal (Long):
This is possibly my last Spring Break and I want to look better than ever. I had to take a semester off from school and work at the hospital and I gained back the weight I had lost and then some! I did nothing but go to work, eat and sleep. I would be so drained from work all I wanted to do was sit on the couch and do nothing.
Well, I renewed my membership at my gym and have been working out and eating like I used to. I can feel my energy levels going up-I just have to stay motivated.
I will be going back to school this semester and still working full-time but I know I can reach my goals by the time Spring Break gets here because I am determined to do so. I am incorporating the Eat-Clean Diet principles and doing some form of exercise everyday. I have my bikini picked out and I WILL look good in it! ;)
