Overall Goal: I am back. I started back at 282 and am down to 267. I am in my fifth week. It was an 8 week program, but I hope to just keep going after I reach that.

A co-worker said quit talkng and start doing.
Why I Love It:
I love the vision I have in my head of what I want to look like. I know I have to workout and eat clean to achieve my goals.

I keep thinking about how I think I look. I don't like how I look, so I want to change it.

Goal (Long):
Training consists of running in the mornings and swimming laps at night. Cardio at full pace.
was 3x10 now it is 5x12. 3x10 was the norm through life growing up and reading about Victor Martinez and his routine I saw he was doing 5x12 so I changed up

It has been five weeks and I have lost 15 pounds. Clean eating and cardio and I am taking ARSON(6 a day) as my fat burner and drinking whey protein complex, taking a multivitamin(one a day for men) and magnesium 500 x2 at night before bed.
