karynrose its crazy how one weekend of no working out or eating right can do... gain 2lbs and bloating lol.. 2weekend in a row..no more!! pool party!

karynrose Im still very motivated!! eating right is so hard and i have my days, but im still seeing improvement.. I think I have 5 weeks left :)

  • You seem to be doing really well! I snack alot! that helps me. Penut butter and apples or bananas. Even Baked chips and homemade salsa! You can find alot of great food ideas from Pintrest. Keep up the work! You look great! :)

karynrose Ive been to the gym 4x this week..and roller skating on fri:) Ive been eating 85% good. Great breakfast(eggwhite omlette w/veg) Shakes,etc
