My fitness goal is to loose 25 pounds, gain lean muscle and redefine my body!
Goal (Long):
For years I've struggled with my weight. I've tried every diet and supplements there is. I've lost and regained each time. I feel good about myself whenever I loose weight, but as soon as life throws me a curve ball, I eat, stop working out and regain! One of my initial goals were to loose 20 pounds by my 30th birthday. Now here it is, My 30th birthday and I'm nowhere close to that weight. My ultimate goal is to loose 25 pounds and maintain it for life. I want to make fitness apart of my lifestyle, not just a passing diet every few months. I'm 5'2' and my goal weight is between 105-110!!! I want to accomplish this goal within 6 months to 1 yr!!!
