I have worked out very inconsistantly over the past 5 years. I have gotten as heavy as 305#, but I am currently 295# (Jan 2009)!
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the results when I put forth 100%.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and squeezing into clothes that I could wear a year or so ago. Being out of breath anything I did anything stressful, like climbing stairs...LOL! More importantly I want to improve my health so that I can live as long as possible (God willing of course) to watch my children and grandchildren (no time soon I hope) grow.
I want to lose 100 pounds and be at <10% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I currently feel terrible! I really need to get it together, because I have 4 awesome boys that I want to see grow up and to do that I need to the best I can to get in the best shape of my life and let God do the rest. I will do this within 18 months!!!! Just watch and see!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 100 lb

Wow! I am on the 5th day of my fast and feeling great! It's Friday, January 16th and I have not had a crumb since Sunday, January 12. I have consumed nothing but water (100% Grape, Orange, Apple Juice, Tea ocassionally) ever since then. I feel like I have pushed the RESET button on...

Things are looking up. I'm doing a little better with my diet. I can't workout because I am still waiting to see if I need surgery. I had a cyst on my lower back that has created a hole that might need to be repaired for it to heal. I am glad to hear you are doing well.
