i feel stronger but haven't lost any pounds ... haha. i am just glad i am not gaining, i am starting to do a lot of weights which i find very empowering ... it kicks ass!!! and everyone did miss my cooking so i guess i will be doing a turkey for christmas, any plans for the up coming holiday?

I am ready for the 1/2 marathon, it should be fun ... I heard it's the most scenic 1/2 marathon in the Northwest.

I am just running them for now, I have a marathon coming up in October and that will be my first. I am going fishing again this weekend so those fishies better watch out!

Perhaps because I am good and lucky as well. I ran 2 half-marathons so far, running is a great outlet for me ... time to think, time not to think, just some time to myself. Thanks, I found leg workouts for me can get brutal sometimes but they get the most results too.

I caught one ... they seem to be pretty easy to catch because mine bit pretty quickly. Excellent work on the triceps, I did legs today and I felt nauseated the whole time ... most likely because I took some Airborne right before I did the workout. It felt pretty good and I am a little sore from it.

The weekend was good. I went camping, sort of, I slept on a boat and also did some fishing. Caught a few catfish which was very exciting ... also got a few shades darker from spending an extended period of time in the sun. Getting a new TV sounded like an excellent weekend! What did you think of Terminator?
