Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be on the Olympia stage, have this amazing body that I can be proud of! So lately I have had my head down and been training like a mad woman. My goal is to compete in the 2010 Emerald Cup in Bellevue Wa. and walk away with a top 5 finish! I have 8 months to accomplish this goal!
Well I don't mean to toot my own horn but lately I have been getting compliments on how I look, I have been recieving comments about how my shoulders are starting to pop and how I have been become and inspiration to a few people around me..it makes me feel so good that people notice those...
Things are going well. Not as good as I would like for them to be but I guess there should be no rush it has only been four months since my knee surgery. I see that bodybuilding.com has a mass building and fat cutting stack that the will be saling at a resonable price. So please explain how your 16 week program will work as far as nutrition cardio and weightlifting.

Well I wish you the best on your upcoming show. Stay focused and train hard like never before. I will be sure to keep in touch to see how things are going.
Wow it sounds like it is very cold up there. A little to cold for me. So your trying to bulk up. Thats cool I think especially for the winter. When do you plan to compete again?
Things are going well. What are you trying to try that is more potent. We had some nasty weather today. Obviously there is a storm off the coast and it took its toll on us today. I think that things have finally blown over by now. You are looking contest ready in your pictures. Try to stay warm. Hope to talk to you soon.
Wow! I hardly know what to say after receiving your amazing reply. You honor me way beyond belief as I sure do not see myself as how you portrayed me, yet I sure enjoyed reading your words. You have made what was a very tough day much easier and I now have a smile on my face. Thank you so much and I wish you nothing but success and happiness in all that you do.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great example to so many others
