What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Here is a look at what my meal plans consist of:

9:30 am Breakfast Meal One: Eat five egg whites with one whole egg; add ¼ cup of frozen blueberries.
10:00 am Pre Cardio (45 Minutes of High Intensity Cardio): Take one serving of Nitrix (BSN) with one serving of Diet Fuel (fat-burner); and 1000 mg of Vitamin C.
11:15 pm Post Cardio Supplement One: Take one and a quarter scoops of Evo-Pro with one teaspoon of Glutamine.
12:00 pm Meal Two: Cheat Meal!!!
3:00 pm Meal Three: Eat four ounces of low sodium tuna (Albacore) with three cups of fresh spinach; add three tablespoons of regular dressing.
6:00 pm Meal Four: Cheat Meal!!!
8:30 pm Meal Five: Take one and a quarter scoops of Evo-Pro with one teaspoon of Glutamine.
11:00 pm Meal Six: Eat five egg whites with ¼ cup of chopped green peppers; add ¼ cup of chopped onions.

I have done both the shows I set out to do last August, the Bill Pearl classic I came in 4th out of 5 and the Oregon Ironman I came in 3rd out of 7. I must say this was the greatest accomplishment I have ever made in the start of my bodybuilding world! I have to say THANK YOU!!!!!...

Thank you so much. I am doing a cutting diet right now. No crazy carb depletion though. I decided that competing is not for me. I did go to a show a couple of weekends ago and it was fun to watch. I decided to set another goal...like a photo shoot or a vacation. So I'm on week 4 now.
Thanks girlie. You look great! Congrats on your placing. That is awesome. I plan on doing FAME show in September, still months away, but I want to be 100% ready. When is your next show?
