haha you crazy Teen. lol Hope your training is going good. remember Nutrition is key for your growing body, lots of protein,balanced with carbs, higher fat for your brain development. and lots of water. Need that you are a growing into a man. :) But i am sure you knew all this. I guess its the mom talking lol
