After the military and martial arts, I was working in an office for 3 years. An unhealthy lifestyle, lack of exercise and way too much stress took its toll on my once "In shape" physique.
Two years ago was hectic, my plans and goals were put on hold. I finally got to start up the machine in May, 2008. I now work as a personal trainer, and have been working hard to get back into shape and have already competed as a fitness model in October, 2008. Now comes the show in June, 2009!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

Looking forward to staggering around for the next 2 day! Nutrition is going solid.. I've increased my intake....and I'm getting leaner and harder....and I've actually put on weight, and its not bodyfat! Look out Worlds, here I come!

Thank you for your kind words:) And I wanted to tell you,I was looking over your photos and you have done a very nice transformation. Keep up the hard work and dedication and good luck with everything your doing.
It varies. We're on a 3 on, 1 off schedule for weight training right now but doing about an hour of cardio 6 days a week (just hiking and stationary bike though). Diet and nutrition seems to have done the trick for us. it wasn't till we listened to smart people like you that we started seeing significant changes!
impressive transformation. damn. you really have great results man. i'm on a similar journey, although my 'after" shot isn't as sick as yours. are you training for UFC? congrats on the accomplishments brother/
I go 6 days because when I do go to the gym, most of the time my daughter is with me so that only give me 1 hour to work out. If I stay longer than that, she gets bored. She is 3 so I can only expect her to be good for so long.
Yes it does and it took me a while to understand that too. I used to fear food, heck avoiding it made me unhealthy. But I have learned to eat and how to eat, and most important how to cook and not cook! LOL!
I train 6 days a week. Saturday is my off day that I spend the whole day around my daughter. The past 2 weeks I have not been able to train like I have wanted to but last night I got back into in and it felt great. Its really put me in a great mood today too. Cant wait to hit it again tonight!
