Yes mate I'm ok now I'm a bouncer and a few weeks ago I got a few ribs broken during a fight in a rave while I was fighting on the floor some ****e kicked me in the side I found out who it was and now it's sorted and my ribs are ok how are you mate

I'm fine now mate I'm just gona concentate on mm cardio till xmass work goes silly for at this time of year as I write this my daughter is in hospital having s baby how is your training coming on with the challenge

Ta mate you know how it is in this game mate it's not the first time they have been broken and it won't be the last we have a hard core rave once a month and this time a fight just got out of hand and as I was fighting with one some **** kicked me in the side but a mate saw it and knocked the **** out I'll be sorted soon I can't train but I can still diet and do some cardio take care mate. Hi cheryl glad u had a great hol I've done nothing since holiday as I'm between gyms at moment but i've joined a 24 hour gym 2 minutes from work at 15 dollors a month but it dose not open till next month
