As a matter of a fact yes I am. I'm glad to see you are. At least I know we'll represent the over 200lb club in there. I was looking at these other guys they make me feel like a giant lol. Not that were fat but just bigger on a whole. I need to get some definition right now I'm bulking up. I'm saving the cut for the competition in January.

Hey Karl...just wanted to stop by and see how the ribs were healing. Hopefully in a few more weeks you can start a light workout schedule.

That made me laugh....you probably need to get more sleep than you are getting. You are working those long hours so you are sleep deprived......and maybe senile too, you inherit that from your kids.

Hey Karl, I bet you are ready for that gym to open soon huh? I am getting back into my routine again with the gym but I have relapsed a little so I will be at 139 again by the time of the beginning of the next challenge and raring to go. I am not starting this one in the same place again ha.

Hey Karl, how are things going in Birkenhead? Are you currently up on your training? I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I am feeling "fat". I am ready for a new challenge and looking forward to the camraderie we all had last time. My hubby wants to get serious about getting in shape too so I suggested he get on BB.com and participate too. Anyway, drop me a line and let me know what you are up to, Cheryl
