2 hours cardio today and I'm knackerd I started at 630am did an hour worked for 12 hours then another hour of cardio ( I must be sick ) I'm off tomozz so I'll do chest and tri's plus another hour of cardio iv a **** load of fat to get rid of

As a matter of a fact yes I am. I'm glad to see you are. At least I know we'll represent the over 200lb club in there. I was looking at these other guys they make me feel like a giant lol. Not that were fat but just bigger on a whole. I need to get some definition right now I'm bulking up. I'm saving the cut for the competition in January.

Hey Karl, I bet you are ready for that gym to open soon huh? I am getting back into my routine again with the gym but I have relapsed a little so I will be at 139 again by the time of the beginning of the next challenge and raring to go. I am not starting this one in the same place again ha.
